At TLC Adventure Co, we believe that the best stories are told on the road. We want you to focus on the laughter, the lore, and the connection with your favorite people—not a ticking meter or hidden fees.

To keep things simple and stress-free, our Arizona Day Trips are powered by a 5-Zone Flat Rate System. Based on the mileage from the Phoenix area, you pay one "Blanket Fee" for your entire group of up to 15. No surge pricing, no fuel surcharges—just one clear rate for a private, intentional experience.

What’s Included in Your Blanket Fee:

Your flat rate is the foundation of a safe, professional, and joyful day. It covers:

  • The Private Space: Exclusive use of our 15 passenger van. This is your " moving living room" for the day.
  • The Expertise: A professional guide to handle the mountain driving and share the deep history and lore of the Arizona landscape.
  • The Logistics: We manage the Phoenix traffic, the mountain grades, and the current volatility of gas prices so you can just enjoy the view.
  • The Safety: Your fee ensures we maintain high-tier commercial insurance and a meticulously cared-for vehicle for your peace of mind.

 

Make It Your Own (Optional Add-Ons):

While your Blanket Fee covers the "Engine and the Expertise," we keep the rest of the day flexible so you can build the vibe your group wants. The following are typically handled as custom add-ons or paid directly by the group:

  • Admissions: Museum tickets, State Park entrance fees, or historic site tours.
  • Dining: Local lunch stops, brewery tastings, or vineyard flights.
  • Custom Stops: Any additional detours or extended hours beyond the standard itinerary.
